Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were fairly basic but very clean, providing me with a comfortable and cozy retreat. The service was top-notch, with staff always on hand to assist me with anything I needed. The location was superb, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. The dining experience was a mix of chaos and elegance, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The rooms offer a beautiful view looking north across the lake to Volcán Osorno and other Andes peaks. They are spacious and comfortable, although during summer, they can get warm as there is no air conditioning, and only airflow through the windows, which also lets in some traffic noise. The service was a bit mixed, with some forgetfulness in towel replacements but excellent assistance with tour bookings and transport. The staff, overall, seemed unfriendly, except for Stefan at the evening front desk who was pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location on the edge of the lake is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and bars in town. I appreciated the proximity to the beach offering a view of the volcanoes. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of food options, and although I didn't dine for dinner, the breakfast was satisfactory. The facilities were adequate, catering to most needs.
